All A+ Team
If you want your whole team to have all a+'s in every category,
whether it be pitching or batting go to Special Features, Roster
Management, Player Editor then switch from free agents to the
team you want by pressing the side to side arrow keys. Then pick
the people you want to change, and go to batting features,
pitching features (if necessary), and defensive features.
Whenever you change the players stats be sure to press start to
exit otherwise it won't save the change. Example if you went to
batting features and changed power to a+ then you would have to
press start to exit.
Better Hits
If you want to hit better, put the thing on Classic-Slow when
you start a game. They will pitch it slow so you can hit
farther.
Easy Wins in Franchise
Mode
Allright.1st pick a good team like the Yankees.2nd Trade Rivera
and Mussina to the Dodgers for Gagne. If it says this will put
the Dodgers over the player limit add a poor Dodger player to
the trade. When you get him trade all your Starting Pitchers for
strong Power hitters. Put the inning setting on 1.Make Gagne
start every game, since he only pitches 1 inning a game he
shouldn't be tired until about the 10th time he's pitched in a
row. After this go get Billy Koch from the White Sox. Switch the
pitchers around about every 10 games. You should with your power
hitters and great pitching you should almost never lose.
Big Heads, Big Hands,
Hockey Helmet etc.
If your wondering how to get big heads and stuff just go to
special features at the main screen then go to player cards. If
you have played a game you will be able to get 1 packet of cards.
buy the packet and see if you get a cheat (example:if you get a
bobble head cheat you can go to QuickPLay on the top of your main
screen. pick your team then when you get to pick your field go
down to the bottom of the screen and it will say cheat no cheat
enabled. point right with your left thumbstick and it will say
what you got cheats you got in the packs. pick the one you want
and press a. you will play with the cheat you enabled.
Announcer Taunts
If you let your pitcher stay still for a while
you will be taunted by the announcers.
Get Barry Bonds!
ok, so you see that on the Giants roster Barry isn't there, he
signed some deal that said he couldn't be. you see "wes mailman"?
he is the one that took his place
just change the skin color and the name and BING you have Barry
Bonds!
Homerun kiss
When your player hits a homerun and it shows him running to home
press R1 or L1.Your player will blow kisses at the audience. (If
you are Home team you will be cheered if your away you will be
booed.)
Player Editor
If you have a franchise on this game, go to the main menu of franchise
mode. Once there, go down to "GM Office", then go to "Roster
Management". Select "Player Editor" and use the Left Analog-stick to
move left or right to find your franchise team. After finding your
team, the game will show a list of all the players on it. Go down to
any one of them and you will be able edit their attributes to make
them the best as possible. Do this to every one of your team members
to dominate the league.
See the pitch location before swinging
To see the pitch location, press the start button almost immediately
after the pitch is thrown. You will see where it is, and have time to
press start and move the batting cursor into the area of the pitch to
swing. It allows for less strikeouts and more hits and contact.
Big Points
Play an exhibition game with two players. Do not let them get a hit
until the bottom 9th. Then walk four batters. Then finish the game
without them getting another hit. After The game go to special features
then go to player cards. Then click on Buy packs. You should be able to
buy 100 packs.
900+ Points In 1 game
(This cheat requires 2 controls) Choose any 2 teams and play a 9 inning
game on manager difficulty. Play a perfect game with the both teams
until you reach the 9th inning. When its the bottom of the 9th score 1
point to win the game with the home team to finish the game. When the
game is over a screen will appear and tell you that you have earned 900
or more points.
Unlock Babe Ruth!
Just hit 60 homeruns in a regular season.
Unlimited Beanballing
Beanball the batters until you have one pitcher left. Your pitcher
cannot be ejected from the game since he is your final pitcher. I do
this just to hit them.
