To get the two last purple Potaras in potara list first you must have all characters unlocked, then change the difficulty settings to Normal (easy won't do it) and go to Ultimate Battle. Select practice instead of 100 fights and...

Infinite Health
To get infinite health just finish all Z Battle Gates, then become number 1 with Saibaman in Ultimate Battle, then use the dragonballs until you can't get anything from them, then it should give you a password to use at the password screen, write it down. Now enter it at the password screen and then go to the mode you unlock from Ultimate Battle and when you enter a battle there, you will get infinite health for every mode!
