Blue Hell/Carson City: [Submitted by: JacktheRipper] When you start a new game, the first cutscene is you, catallina and miguel i think, robbing a bank, that street is said to be part of Carson City, to see that street, go to the third island, shoreside vale, and go to the road that has the cartel mansion on it, it should be on your map, then procede on the road in front of the house until you come to the blocked off tunnel, to the right of that is a hill, this is the easiest way i found, take a car up that hill, then go all the way back until you hit the cliff that the observatory sits on, this is also on your map, then get out of your car, and get out your sniper rifle, stand facing the wall, u have to be up against the wall, and face away, toward the street, and look through your scope, zoom in all the way, and then start to rotate the gun toward the cliff, then u can look through the mountain and see the street that the beginning took place on. people have told me that its carson city, other people have told me that its not, and most people just call it ghost town, or something like that, now its not solid so for you people out there anxious to get to drive on that street, its not solid, ive tried to land on it with the tank, and fell into blue hell. it sucked, so if you want to fly around ovr it, get the tank and put in the dodo cheat, then turn ur turret backwards, and go to the airport, where u find the dodo, and behind all the buildings, theres a clear strip, its not paved and it leads to the backside of the mountain, so if you are good at flying the tank, better than me i hope, have at it, and for all you OTHER people who dont like to use cheats, just get the dodo, and remeber this is very important, whether u fly the dodo or the tank, DO NOT use the d-pad or the analog stick to move the plane up and down, that is a garaunteed death, this takes a LOT of practice.
