To get the f.b.i cra first activate the cheat to get the tank, when you get the tank start smashing cars and making felonies until you get 5 stars, when the f.b.i starts to appears, then drive around until you see the f.b.i make a block with 3 cars, stop the tank and the tank activate the lower star cheat, get out of the and get an F.B.I. car, do the lower stars cheat again and head to the garage and save it.

If you want to put a tank in your garage but your garage is full, simply just leave it outside of the garage next to your save game place, and everytime you load the game up it will be there, there is one problem though, if you use the blow up car cheat it will be stuck where you left it forever!!!

First steal a car and park it in front of the desired car. The car MUST HAVE SOMEONE IN IT. Then use the blow-up all cars code, while getting in the car. Next put in the health code to put out the flame (If you don't get it the first time keep trying you'll eventually get it.)

Start off by putting in the tank code and get in. While in the tank put in the dodo cars code, perfect handling code and floating cars code. Now turn the tank turrent so it fires to the rear. Find a strait away get the tank going as fast as it will go by firing the the tanks gun repeatedly. The tank should start floating just keep firing the gun
repeatedly. The tank is hard to keep in the air at first because of all the dives and rolls but if you keep it up soon you you'll learn how to land the tank on the tallest buildings in vice city.

Get a car that you like. Go tho one of your garage. somehow light it on fire. Park it in the garage and get out quickly. If you dont get out in time the car will explode and come back. If you do it right it will be fixed but will still be on fire.

This is how to make all of the cars invisible. Press L1,L1,Square,R2,Triangle,L1,Triangle. All the cars should be invisible.

To get a tank without doing the cheat code over and over, simply activate the cheat once, drive the tank to your home (but don't drive in the garage, it won't fit.) Park it somewhere around the garage. Save then load. Then you will always have a tank at your right hand side.

If your car is on fire and you still want to keep it enter the health cheat (R2,R2,L1,R1,Left,Down,Right,Up,Left,Down,Right,Up). Nnote: this will repair the car as well.
Start A Gang War [Submitted by: Vicious]
Any time your doing a taxi mission and you just happen to pick up a
TRIAD,MAFIA,or DIABLO gang member take them in one of there enemy's
area's and quit the taxi mision your on and that will make whatever gang
member you are carrying get out of your taxi well when they do they will
almost immediately start a gun fight between each other.
Easier Cabbie Missions [Submitted by: Vicious]
You'll notice that during a taxi mission if your car gets to banged up
it will scare your passengers off and you'll have to go get it
repaired well to save some major time just enter the HEALTH cheat and your
junked out cabbie should be as good as new now it won't make your cab
look brand new but the damage the cab took should be gone that means that
if it was smoking in the hood area it should stop doing that.So every
time that "get your cab fixed" message comes up just use this code and
you should be back on your way to pick'n up them passengers.

In the first part of the game in Portland you can get one of the best
cars, the Banshee, -here's how. Go to 8 Ball's auto yard. Right next
door is an auto dealership. Bullets do work on the glass, this guy is just a
ripper.
In side you will see a blue sports car that looks like a dodge viper,
that's it, Bullets don't work on the glass so don't bother. Steal any
of the cars in the parking lot and drive it into the glass, the glass
will break and then just jump in the banshee and it is now at your
disposal. Note: There is a secret pack near the car.
Mr.Whoopy (Ice Cream Truck): [Submitted by: Bryan]
For some reason these things are incredibly hard to find, but i have found a way that usually helps you get one with no problem. Now this doesn't always work, but keep trying it and it should land you one. All you have to do is steal a firetruck and do the firetruck side-missions (It usually works the best in Staunton Island). Just keep going for as long as you can, and after a while you should come across one that is on fire. You simply put it out and
jump out of your firetruck and voila, you have yourself a brand new Mr.Whoopy. Now i'm not saying that this is going to work the first try. But don't give up!
Bigger or smaller moon
Use the sniper gun and shoot the moon to make the moon bigger or smaller

Regain health (the other way)
First, get any car and drive up to a prostitute walking the streets. Stop and let her approach the car, after a few seconds of talking, she will get in. Drive to a remote sot (like a park or your hideout). Stop the car but do not get out. After a few seconds the car will start rocking back and forth. You will recover about 40 to 50 points of health. When it is over, she wil exit the car, and walk away, but not before she charges a fee. At this point you can beat her up and get your money back.
Cause a Riot
To cause a riot of the non-Zoot Suit variety, enter the following code during gameplay: DOWN, UP, LEFT, UP, X, R1, R2, L2, L1.
Run Faster

Hints
Get a free ride to the third island without stealing a car
When you are on the staunton island go by the bridge that leads to shoreside vale, wait for a car to come and get in the way of it,then jump on it and let it take you to shoreside vale
Tunnel under portland
coming up onto the hill where you took the guys car and had it bombed if you go very carefully of the side of the cliff with almost no speed you car will stay on the beach below. folow the mountain side all teh way around the island untill you find flatbed train cars follow their tracks through a tunnell and midway thorugh there are hobos gathered around a secret package take the packagge brutally murder the hobos with no wittnesses or reprecussions. (you can also enter the tunnel the opposite way through the back of the supper mart)
Get to Staunton Island Early
First activate the better driving code, the one where you can jump, then get a fast car and get to the broken bridge. In the corner where you cant go in, there is an opening and just drive through. (First get a fast Car) then build up speed and go all the way to then end where the bridge is broken and press L3 to jump and you should land on the other side.
Steal Cars w/ alarms without Being Detected
If you want to hack a car that has an alarm get in the car, and as soon as the alarm goes on, get out of the car and wait until it turns off then go back and steal it. (It also works if you bump the car with another one)
Advance to Staunton Island
To advance from Portland to Staunton Island prematurely, go to the subway. The subway should be closed off at he bottom of the stairs. Take a car down the stairs and either crash it or park it so the door is right next to the subway door. When you open the door to get out you will step out and through the closed off gate. Then go down to to subway and get on the train. It will take you to Staunton Island. It is tricky to get your car to land near the gate but it is possible.
Get into the Prison on Level 2
On level 2 Chose a really fast car (Farriar gt) (Cop Car) and drive as fast as possible down towards the bridge that leads to the prison, jump off the bridge at you top speed and veer towards the left, once your on top off the wall jump out of your car real quick before it falls into the river. Follow the wall around to the left, you will see stairs leading down into the prison. (This will definitely take a few try's ).
Get free shot gun
Go to ammo-nation store and after you buy a gun walk up to the clerk and try to point the gun at him the best you can because you can target him, kill him, he shoots back so do it fast and after you kill him walk up to the counter and you will get his shotgun.

Easy Cash
To get more cash just hit other cars with your car or mess up your car so bad that it explodes then you get extra cash.
My Whoopty
If you have a nice car that is really beat up, just put it back into your garage, when you reopen the garage door the car will be in perfect condition.
The Hooker Cheat
This works with hookers to get your health up. Drive up to a hooker the passenger side of the car and park next to her. She will bend over and talk to you. Stay there for a while and she will get in. Then take her to a alley or a hidden place. The car will begin to shake (wonder why) and your health will go up. You will lose 1 dollar per health point. After a while she'll get out repeat the process until you have full health. This only works when cops aren't chasing you and it doesn't work when driving cop cars, semi-trucks, buses, taxis or fire trucks. So just use a normal car.
Hooker Cheat Pt2
For some real fun after she gets out get out to and kick her ass until she's dead. She drops all her money that she took from you. Hahahahahaha free money, fun and most of all free health when you do this.
Free Repairs
To repair your car for free, go to your hideout and put your car in the garage. Leave the garage so the door closes. Enter the garage again and your car will be as good as new.
Note: This does not get rid of the cops. It only fixes the damage.
Easier Bosses
An easy way to take out bosses is instead of fighting them get a good car before the fight like a Hum-V or a pickup truck and just RAM them. Then they get out after there car is screwed up and just run him over. Much easier then taking him on in shooting wars.
Drive By Shootings
To do a drive by shooting hold R2 + Circle also L2 + Circle with R2 he will shoot right and L2 left. He will stick out his hand threw the window and shoot. This only works with the UZI though. Good way to take out bosses to pull up next to them and shoot the hell out of them
Be Careful
When you kill people on the street they drop money. Try and kill Hookers and the old guys because they drop the most money. Don't attack gangsters there fellow gangsters will attack you to. This includes stealing the gangsters cars.
Flamethrower Location
In Portland go to Hepburn Heights. Right next to the projects is a train platform. Jump on it and go to your left. Keep going until you reach the building that is really close to the track. You should see the flamethrower on the roof top. Jump over and get it and now you have a flamethrower.
Faster Taxis
To have faster taxis you must have 100 fares in cab game-mode. The taxis are at Borgnine in Harwood/Portland.
Police Bribe
To get the police bribe you must have 45 kills in the vigilante game mode. The bribe is in your hideout.
