Go to the police station in the South-East part of the map near the Malibu Club. Once inside go to the left into the Officers Locker room and there will be a uniform. Your stars will go up and a cop may be in there shooting at you but once you change into the uniform they go away. Now go to the miltary base. Use a car to break through the gate. Then walk over to the apache and get in. NOTE: This will only work if you are not wanted, if you are the military will shoot you!

To get the unlimited vehicle, you must first beat the game or collect all 100 Hidden Packages. Once you have completed either of these, go to Fort Baxter Air Base Located in the southern part or the second island (Shown In Game Map). When You
enter the base, take a left and go up the stairs. Then go straight. Take a right down the stairs and then go into the training coures and take a left. Then go down the walkway to get the army helicopter. (Use Circle to fire missiles, and R1 to fire machine guns.) When you see the police chasing a criminal, go and punch the criminal
to get $50, (becareful not to hit the policeman) you can keep kicking
and punching the criminal untill they dissapear. Another way of getting

You first take a fast car and take it to the malibu club and you will
start the mission. Right before you get to the junk yard put in the tank
code in then try to run over as many people you can. Then get lance but
wait a while unitil vercities men come to you and kill them. Then when
they are all dead get in the tank and get to the hospital.

An easy way to get into the tank during the "Sir Yes Sir"
mission is to follow the convoy rather than steaming in guns blazing,
eventually the troops will stop to buy a take away,allowing you to
quickly pull up alongside the tank and hop in, you'll be nearer the drop off
point too.
