Drive Extension

Early on in Kingdom Hearts 2, Sora receives new clothing, replacing his rather silly looking attire from the original game. At the same time, he earns the ability to use "Drives" which, among many other things, further alter his appearance while activated. Interestingly enough, there is a simply way to "extend" the length of a Drive's visual transformation, so as to reflect in cut-scenes as well: During any of the game's numerous "objective" based fights, simply complete the event with a Drive activated and Sora will retain his modified appearance for the story event that follows.

Secret Ending

Just like Kingdom Hearts I and Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts II has a special secret movie that can be viewed at the end of the game, after the credits roll.

In "Beginner" mode, you can't unlock it at all.

In "Standard" mode, you must fully compelte all the worlds and Jiminy's Journal to unlock it.

In "Proud" mode, you need only fully complete all worlds.

Keychains

At various points throughout the game, you will be given Keychains, which allow you to give the Keyblade new forms and powers.

Fenrir
Defeat Sephiroth, the optional boss at Hollow Bastion.

Sleeping Lion
Go to Ansem's study in Hollow Bastion.

Holy Pumpkin
Defeat the Test Subject in Halloween Town.

Fast Level Up

First, you need to have beaten the 1000 heartless deal in Hollow Bastion... Then you go to Disney Castle go to Timeless River and basically make a little path that you follow, through all of the little episodes and by the river and everywhere it will earn you around 14,000 exp each time and when your lvl. 30 trying to get to lvl. 50 real quick it helps a lot (I got from lvl. 30 to lvl. 50 in 3hr).

Clear Agrabah, Halloween, and Pride Land for the first time

 

Leveling up Master form quickly

Go to the land on Dragon's throne room, then go out the door and switch to your Master form. Kill all the Heartless there and the Drive Orbs should give you about 75 experience points for Master form. To kill the enemies in the hallway faster, use your Thunder magic. When all the enemies are dead, run back to the save point before your Drive gauge reaches zero. Then, go to the world map and repeat the process.

Fenrir weapon

To get the most powerful weapon in the game, you must defeat Sephiroth. He is very difficult because he has fifteen health bars and is very strong. To fight him, go to Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastion at The Dark Depth area (beyond the area where you must defeat 1,000 Heartless). You can only fight with him after you defeat the MCP (Space Paranoids). Once you defeat him, you must talk to Cloud (you can see him at Market Place Of Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastion). Then, talk with Sephiroth again. After that, you will get Fenril, which as a 7 Atk and 1 Mag.

Drive mode training

Go to Timeless River and make sure your Drive is full. Pick any of the four doors in front of you and enter it. Kill all the Heartless in the area with any transformation, then return to Disney Castle before your Drive gauge is emptied. Once you return to Disney Castle, your Drive gauge will be full again. Keep doing this until your Drive level is at maximum.

Drive gauge refill

If your Drive gauge is almost empty while in your transformed state, quickly go to a save point and go to Gummi Ship. Then, go to any world desired. When you are in the world selected your Drive gauge will be full.

Alternate ending sequence

Successfully complete all worlds and Jiminy's Journal on the Standard difficulty setting to view an additional sequence after the ending credits. When playing on the Proud difficulty setting, successfully complete all worlds to view the sequence.

Alternate appearance

Acquire the "Drive" ability, then during any "objective" based fights, complete the fight with a Drive activated and Sora will retain the transformation appearance for the story event that follows.

Remain in transformed state

If you are in a transformed state, ride a skateboard to stay in your transformed state, even if your Drive gauge goes to zero. However, if the gauge is already at zero and you get off the skateboard, you will return to your regular form.

In-game reset

While playing the game, hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 and press Start + Select.

Completing Battle Of A Thousand Heartless

Equip Oathkeeper and the abilities Reaction Boost, Explosion, and EXP Up for some extra levels. First, use Rising Sun to get yourself into a corner. Then, keep on using air combos on the floating Heartless and ground combos and Rising Sun on the infantry. Whenever you can, snag a floater and use Sparkle Ray, then finish off the survivors. Oathkeeper will give you fast powerful combos; explosion can kill about eight Heartless every time you use it; and EXP Up will ensure that you get lots of levels if you have low health. After the fight you will see some intermission sequences, have a chance to go back to other worlds and finish them, and obtain the Gullwing keychain from Yuna, Rikku, and Paine.

Defeating Axel

This battle is a bit difficult because Axel has long range attacks. Since he launches most of his attacks straight ahead, approach him from the side. When his body envelopes in flames, this signals that a strong attack is coming, so get some distance between you and him, and get ready to avoid it.

Defeating Dusk

At the start of the battle, you will find that your weapon has no effect on Dusk. However, after a short while an intermission sequence will play and you will gain the Keyblade, which will allow you to damage him. It should only take 5 hits to defeat him.

Defeating Flailer

At the start of the battle, a dark energy will surround Roxas. Then, the screen will fade to white, and Roxas will be trapped in the air. When Flailer approaches and is about to attack, use the Reaction Command to break free and attack him. Then, Flailer will rush up and grab you. Use the Reaction Command when it flashes to knock him off the platform. The Station will turn upside down and Roxas will slide off, using his Keyblade to hang on. Flailer will generate a sphere of dark energy and launch it at you. As it approaches, use the Reaction Command and Roxas will throw his Keyblade through the attack and knock Flailer down. Next, target his head and start attacking him before he stands back up. When he stands up, he will begin to do various attacks, which includes summoning smaller enemies. Use the Reaction Commands to reach his head, and try to avoid his attacks. Eventually, his attack pattern will reset and you will go through the Reaction Command sequence again. If you take a lot of damage, make sure to use your potions.

Defeating Seifer

Seifer will walk forward and slash at you. Run up to him and begin attacking him before he starts attacking. He will also leap forward and do a spinning slash which is more difficult to avoid; try blocking his attacks with Reflect Guard by pressing Square. He will go down after about 13 hits.

Misspelling

Successfully complete the 7 Wonders Of Twilight Town. On the wonder animate object moving, after completing the challenge check the map of the Wonders. It will read "It was just a dog in a bad" instead of "it was just a dog in a bag".

At Beast's castle, after you find the locked up servants there will be an intermission sequence. Lumier will say "If we could but light all the lanterns in this passage" instead of "if we could put light in all the lanterns in this passage".

Unlimited time in Form
Turn into any form and get on a skateboard and you will NEVER leave the form until you get off the skateboard. With this glitch, you can kill enemies with the skateboard and get EXP for your forms.

Skip a fight in Land of Dragons
During your first trip to Land of Dragons you have to fight a lot of Rapid Thrusters and Bolt Towers during the cut-scene press start and select "Skip Scene" you will skip the battle as well as the scene.

Instant Max Drive
If you want you drive bar maxed, all you have to do, is, Go to the Underworld tournament. Talk to Panic, after talking to him, A screen of all Tournaments pop up. Go to the fourth one, in which you fight Hades at the end of Ten battles. Once you enter the first battle, Your Drive Bar will be completely filled. Pause, and select quit. When you leave, your bar is still full. This will help you level up forms and summons quicker.

Good wepons for donald and goofy early i
his is simple. for goofy all you have to do is kill alot of bookmasters and after awhile one will drop a wepon called akashic record. now for donald. this time you just have to kill alot of dragoons then one will drop a wepon called nodody lance. also if you kill alot of shamans you will get a wepon called shaman's relic. but i'm not telling you who it is for. this is alot easyer if you have lucky lucky equiped.


Banishment in the beginning
Before you enter atlantica get the magnet spell and your drive bar to level 5. If you don't your going to get kicked out for a long long long long long time because it isn't easy to get those. If you do have those there still going to kick you out. When that happens just go back in and talk to flounder. ( your going to get kicked out twice as far as I am)


Leveling Up Final Form
2 give Final Form a lot of EXP u need 2 go 2 "The World That Never Was" then pass the Moogle Shop 2 where u beat Xigbar then pass that room 2 get 2 a room with lots of Creepers and other nobodies 2 fight in Final Form(I got 43 nobodies)

Beat Luxord
This battle is based on time.Luxord starts out changing Sora into a die.Your only attack is jumping and hitting him or just waiting for your drive bar to run out.Then attack him and his cards until the start game reaction command and get a circle command.If you do,HP orbs will fall out of Luxord.If you don't,you'll turn into a card.Do the same as with the die, except now you can attack with the X button.When you're Sora again, Luxord will change into a card.Keep using the flip reaction command until you find his card.After this he'll go into berserk mode.Just dodge him,his berserk mode will end quickly.After his berserk mode,Luxord will start a game where you have to get four circle commands or Sora will change into a die.He should have low time by now,so just hit him until he has no time and finish Luxord off.


Always get anti-sora
When you get to the world that never was, go inside the castle. You will face a hard boss. while facing him, you will always turn into anti-sora. while facing him.


Easy Form Leveling/Instant Max Drive Gauge
Enter a save point and exit a world while in one of the forms or using a summon. When you re-enter the world or go to a different one, you will have a maxed out drive gauge. Very useful for leveling up the different forms. Just go to an area with lot of enemies that is right next to a save point or a couple areas away from a save point (when you can stay in the form longer), activate the form, kill everything in your path to the save point.
